Return/Exchange Policy

At Leni & Lil, we understand that when you shop online, you can't try on :)  We want to make sure you are completely satisfied and want to offer this return policy: You can return all items within 12 days of the date it was shipped to you for an exchange or store credit ONLY.   We do not offer cash back on purchases. Items must have ORIGINAL TAGS, BE UNWORN, NO PERFUMES/ODORS AND WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT in order to exchange/store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS! YOU HAVE 3 DAYS TO INSPECT YOUR ITEM FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND AND NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY, OTHERWISE EXCHANGE CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.  You can also notify us that you are sending your item back to reserve your new item prior to us receiving your return :) If your item is shipped back after the 12 days your item will be shipped back to you at the buyers expense. 

PRE-ORDERS:  There are no refunds or exchanges on pre ordered items unless I have a waiting list for your item because that item has been ordered specifically for you.  Date of arrival is an estimate only and is out of our control. Please take that into consideration before paying your invoice.  If your item takes longer than the original ETA then I want to thank you in advance for your patience as this is frustrating for us too!  If that item is no longer available after invoice has been paid then a refund or store credit will be given. 

 All sale items & accessories are FINAL SALE. We do not refund shipping charges.

UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS: If the address is incorrect and undelivered by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred.  A flat rate of $8.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address. 

We know how excited you are to get your Leni & Lil looks, so we promise to work quickly to get it to you! Orders ship out same day if invoice is paid by 2:00pm CST
